Do not drive for this company, they will have you do work & not pay you, they hide behind the Chat in the app & emails, they will never talk to you on the phone. Work with them at your own risk, you have been warned.

Curb’s prices don’t match Uber prices for the same distance. Curb’s algorithm doesn’t take traffic into account, ending with cheap rates for drivers. The only time that makes sense accepting curb fares is around midnight where there is no traffic and city is dead.

Commission and hidden fees are very high. I took one ride from nyc to jfk in $55 and with tips and surcharge altogether it was $78 and something but what I got was $63. It’s not fair for drivers.
