Contacting driver support takes forever to respond. The frustration with this app is just too much. If this were the only source of income for cabbies, some of us would not get any fare at all. For example - today I received a trip worth 18$ . I accepted it and completed the trip. When the trip got finished in trip summary- trip was worth 24.67$ which included $4.50 tip. So I received $22.50 for this trip. Charged close to $2 here. This is not only the fee Cashed out charged another 15% - $3.67 and card cashing fees $0.50. Total- $6.57 charges Toatl received $18…. Even when i am offline, it keeps buzzing for the new trips (Android version) 2. after getting a trip offer when it expires , it continuously keeps ringing, you have to restart the app to stop the ringing (iOS version) 3. When a trip offer comes, it shows the full pickup address and dropoff address, but after “rider in car” it shows a partial dropoff address, you have to go back to see the trip offer to find out the full address (both iOS and Android) 4. The background location tracking is destroyed, after finishing a trip the software keeps giving trip offer in previous location. For example, if you started from queens and dropped off someone in Manhattan, the software gives you trips from queens. It takes 10-15 min for the software to get your current location, even after that when it gives you trip offers nearby, it thinks you are too far and gives the trip to someone else, for example i was in front of a passenger, I got the offer, it said 1 min away but someone from 9 min away got the trip, since I was on the location, I kept waiting and when the other driver came,he told me he got it from 9 min away, so your tracking in background is F up (both iOS and Android) FIX IT NOW, CAN’T WORK Who made the updates? bunch of teenagers? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — SSN Information *2026-07-30, version 4.3.3* I attempted to enrolling Curb app until it asked for my social security number! Curb’s algorithm doesn’t take traffic into account, ending with cheap rates for drivers.
