I found this app because the one I was using just suddenly stopped working and I needed a new one ASAP!  This app became my absolute Go-To Open House app to use.  It has all the features that you would love.  Guest can sign in via the questionnaire or via barcode that the app provides during the Open House.  It even allows you to pair with a Lender to co-market.  I LOVE THIS APP!
