What it does
Curb flips habit tracking on its head. Instead of building new habits, you set daily limits on the ones you want to reduce, then stay under them. Every day you succeed, your streak grows.
How it works
Pick any habit you want to cut back on. Set a daily limit. Log each time you slip. Curb handles the rest: streak tracking, smart alerts when you're close to your cap, and detailed charts showing how you're trending over time.

Bigger tools for quitting, for good.

Quit-mode habits now show your days clean, celebrate milestones (1 week, 1 month, and beyond) with notifications, and calculate how much money and time you've saved.

Challenges are more forgiving and more real: one slip won't end your streak, but two will with clear completed/failed states and an easy restart.

New: a home screen widget and Siri Shortcuts let you log a habit without opening the app. Weekly reminders, full backup & restore, an Archive with restore, and VoiceOver support round out this release.
