## What is CurbPING?

The management of commercial private taxi/fleet vehicle companies that are not part of the airport and local government controlled taxi systems is a critical need for airports worldwide. These companies are commonly referred to as TNC's. CurbPING provides the means to track these vehicles every time that they enter the airport premises for picking up or dropping off a paying passenger.

We utilize state-of-the-art technologies that incorporate a proprietary virtual geo-fencing detection and validation with our application designed to run on smart cellular phones with GPS and Internet access. When a vehicle enters a geo-fence boundary, the system automatically records the entry of the vehicle and processes the drop off or pickup transaction based upon airport and local government policies. The vehicle is tracked in real-time while on the airport property. This provides the means to enforce the airport policies by pointing out the vehicles that are violating the airport policies regarding private taxi services.

CurbPING provides (but not limited to) the following features:

### 7.03 — 2024-01-19

Greatly improved tracking performance when first entering a geo-fence. Added tracking of sub-zones within overall geo-fence. This provides very accurate reporting of all drop-off and pick-up activities within the airport or entertainment zone. Significant improvements of real-time tracking while within geo-fence.

### 7.01 — 2023-09-16

Updated security and improvement of performance. Brought to compliance with latest Google Store requirements. Added all necessary user account tools (Create, Edit and Delete Account) that are now accessible exclusively through the app. In addition, the Help link provides complete instructions on how to make sure CurbPING is properly configured and how to use the application.

### 5.01 — 2021-04-29

Updated application to remove drop-off and pickup buttons. Application is now designed to run in the background with no user interaction after the initial login.

### 4.0 — 2019-06-12

Minor bug fixes. Corrected layout for tablets.

### 3.8 — 2018-08-30

Completely rewritten to incorporate new security procedures and features. Updated display with status bar to indicate proximity to geo-fence. Added forgot password feature. Several performance improvements. Can now process sub zones within overall geo-fence.
