I wish I can meet the creators of this so I can smack the living life out of them to see if they will snap back into reality. ### 1/5 — I don’t get any call *2025-12-22, version 2.3.8* I was trying to app out to see how I would go turns out I make more money on Uber eats then I do hear I barely get any calls. Nothing‘s ever available. Who in the right mind is going to drive to point B 25 miles away to do a tire service to then have to drive 25 miles to get back to point A for just 25 dollars? What sense does that make? You want to use my car, my tools, and I for an hour-two for just 25 dollars? Kick rocks! ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2025-11-12* Don’t bother. They send you on calls 20 miles away to change a tire for a lousy $12. If a call gets canceled and you’re in route they give you $6!! That barely covers the gas I just spent driving halfway there. You will burn more money in gas than you’ll make. They text you got calls if you’re “offline”. GHRN pays minimum $18 per call with added incentive but calls are few and far between. Best make your own hours gig is definitely by far instacart shopping ### 1/5 — This App needs a lot of work / so does the company *2025-07-02, version 2.3.0* Marking on and off scene , uploading pictures and the dispatchers aren’t familiar with the area their in Thailand. You can dispatch for a $12.00 for a call that is 65 miles away. ### 2/5 — Needs work *2025-06-11, version 2.3.0* I saw reviews from 3 years ago saying it’s 12$ per service and it’s still the same now in 2025. They’ll have 5 different numbers that they’re texting from. It takes about 8 days to get your earnings. Bought a tank of gas and some lunch and after a days work I’m in the negative. They obviously do not have a quality assurance department. The developers need to be fired immediately. Every time they try to fix it, they only succeed in making it worse. If you rely on this for work, I pray for your paycheck. The newest issue is being logged in but continuously being marked on pause from receiving new offers🤣 what’s the point of being logged in???? Also: uninstalling and reinstalling is a waste of everyone’s time. (I submit tolls and still have not been reimbursed) no incentives until CST (central standard time) when I’m in EST (eastern standard time) is stupid and pointless when I get no incentives to work past a certain point due to having to be on the app all day to get calls that usually don’t have to money behind it. Also been having issues with dispatch not give correct area of customers location. This has happened multiple times. Get to the destination and it wrong have to call customer who usually doesn’t answer because it looks like a spam call from the app. Have to always contact dispatch for them to apologize and tell me there is nothing they can do until they contact the customer. There also the issue with getting calls and having them cancelled all the time. Don’t waste your time or energy especially if you’re in big cities because actual companies are usually there taking those calls to help customers. ie... AAA, pop a lock, road rangers, and other company base contractors. That’s why the calls get canceled all the time. ### 1/5 — 2 calls in 7 hours *2026-05-25* on duty for 7 hours for them to send me 2 calls only. consistently don’t send calls for hours. i’ve noticed you waste more of your time and fuel than anything else. They offer bonuses if you do a certain amount of calls done but they make it impossible by not sending you calls. ### 1/5 — Formal tech *2026-04-15* Never work for this company they don’t pay mileage they pay 12 dollars for one call when they get each call for 200 dollars . The typical lockout/ Roadside assistance would cost the consumer $50-150, and we see $12?? $30 if i’m lucky enough to 45 mins x 2 In my opinion, this is a scam used to milk you for more money than even Doordash does ### 1/5 — Save your time *2026-03-25, version 2.5.0* This company sucks. I’ve been running with these guys for about 2 and half years. We never know what’s really going on from a owner/driver perspective. So try not to get too frustrated, just accept what makes sense and let them sort out the rest…. If you can get the attention of the staff then most of the time you will receive calls that aren’t ridiculous… take care of your resources… you are responsible for yourself and your business, don’t allow anyone to run over you or your business and don’t believe that it’s “just the system” when they say that .. honk and urgently applications are automated sometimes but I’m not too sure about this one .. All in all , nothing is worth having without a little bit of fight .. this is a great app to build revenue and gain new customers for more extensive repairs and build customer retention 5stars ..
