App itself is not incredibly intuitive when registering. BIGGER problem is that it’s not registering the fact that I have my location settings set to ALWAYS AND PRECISE. It keeps telling me to go to settings and turn on. Please fix!

Unbelievable. Over 6 years later and they still can’t figure out how to keep iPhone users signed in. I have an iPhone 14 and the app keeps logging me out. Is there a way to stay signed in? It’s frustrating having to log in every single day.  I was able to stay signed in on my old Android phone.

Update: I shouldn’t have to reach out to the school so they can then reach out
to you. You are aware of the issue. It’s been an issue for over 6 years. Just fix it already.

**Developer response:** CurbSmart Parent uses Face ID to remember your login credentials. On the login screen, please confirm that the 'Remember me?' toggle is on. Also, in your iPhone Settings > Apps > CurbSmart Parent, please confirm that 'Face ID' is enabled. If both settings are on and you're still prompted to enter your login credentials, please uninstall the CurbSmart Parent app, then re-install. You'll need to enter your login credentials after reinstalling, check the option to Remember me, then please try closing the app, and re-opening. You should see the app use Face ID to log you back in. If that does not work, please email our Support Team at support@nutrilinktechnologies.com so we can further assist.

Try to check in and it pops up saying to turn on precise location when it’s already on.

Did everything as requested and it does not allow me to sign in. Poorly designed!!
After finding out that my kid did put my name under her, it finally worked. 
To bad it was not clear from the sign in. Will move the stars to a three stars.

Is there a way to stay logged in, or login with Touch ID / Face ID ? It’s a pain to login every time.

Follow up: remember login won’t work. Still have to login everyday
