BIGGER problem is that it’s not registering the fact that I have my location settings set to ALWAYS AND PRECISE. It keeps telling me to go to settings and turn on. Please fix! **Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with the app. Some schools enable a location‑based setting that only allows check‑ins when you are within a specific radius of the campus. If you continue to have this issue, please reach out to your school so they can verify whether this feature is enabled. If the issue persists after that, we’ll be happy to assist further. ### 1/5 — Keeps logging me out *2025-09-04* Unbelievable. Over 6 years later and they still can’t figure out how to keep iPhone users signed in. I have an iPhone 14 and the app keeps logging me out. Is there a way to stay signed in? It’s frustrating having to log in every single day. I was able to stay signed in on my old Android phone. Update: I shouldn’t have to reach out to the school so they can then reach out to you. You are aware of the issue. It’s been an issue for over 6 years. Just fix it already. **Developer response:** CurbSmart Parent uses Face ID to remember your login credentials. On the login screen, please confirm that the 'Remember me?' toggle is on. Also, in your iPhone Settings > Apps > CurbSmart Parent, please confirm that 'Face ID' is enabled. If both settings are on and you're still prompted to enter your login credentials, please uninstall the CurbSmart Parent app, then re-install. You'll need to enter your login credentials after reinstalling, check the option to Remember me, then please try closing the app, and re-opening. You should see the app use Face ID to log you back in. If that does not work, please email our Support Team at support@nutrilinktechnologies.com so we can further assist. ### 1/5 — Keeps logging me out *2025-08-25* Unbelievable. After finding out that my kid did put my name under her, it finally worked. To bad it was not clear from the sign in.
