## What is Cure?

Cure is a home food-dehydrating companion for fruit, vegetables, and herbs. Pick a food and get its drying temperature, time, pretreatment, and yield — every number cited to the National Center for Home Food Preservation (NCHFP / So Easy to Preserve, University of Georgia) and the Colorado State PreserveSmart program, not unverified blog folklore.

Free forever:
• Per-food drying card — temperature, time range (dehydrator and oven), and pretreatment, for grapes-to-raisins, apple rings, apricots, banana slices, tomatoes, herbs, fruit leather, and more
• Yield predictor — enter fresh weight, get the approximate dried weight and "how many half-pint jars from this haul?"
• Doneness test — the cut, squeeze, and fold test for each food, so you know it is actually dry, not just that the timer went off

24-hour free trial of everything else, then a one-time $4.99 unlock (Cure Pro):
• Conditioning tracker — the 4–10-day jar-and-stir step most home dehydrators skip, with a live day counter, an optional daily stir reminder, and the moisture-beads → re-dry call. Skipping conditioning is the number-one cause of mold in storage.
