Verifies compressor ratio information on the fogger against the version stored in CSDM for that fogger.
On fogger Information and Maintenance page, indicate if a fogger’s data (e.g. compressor ratio) needs to be updated. 
Allow leave/warning time to be set from 1 to 30 minutes.
Allow pulse time to be set from 10 to 90 minutes.
Correctly displays the mesh connection status of a fogger.
