Früher gut heute nicht mehr
Für die Schule ist die Anwendung seit dem ein Code benötigt wird nicht mehr sinnvoll. Gibt bessere und günstigere Apps.

I really loved the app before the update. I have tried to request a code for the new features but keep getting error code. When tapping contact us, is insisting i download mail app to message, but I don’t use that email service, therefore have no other way to contact!!! I’m wanting to use this with my class of 5 year olds and it’s really frustrating when there were no previous issues.

Unacceptable
Since a recent update where I had to put a code in, only the digestive system works. Don’t understand why it needs Wi-Fi now, it never used to. When it does work, the initial scan/connection takes longer.

Bought several T-Shirts and now they introduced in-app prices for the content… not okay. Do not support this… shame on you…

Hello, every user can request an access code to continue using the product as before. If you purchased the product and would also like to unlock the 3D model (which was not previously included), simply send your proof of purchase to our email via the app, and we will provide the code for you.
