### 4/5 — Great!

*2024-04-02, version 1.0*

Physics are the best I’ve played on iOS. Ice looks like actual ice. No online play but still great.

### 4/5 — Sound

*2022-03-11, version 1.0*

Love this game, hours of playing, getting addicted. One thing I would change. Get rid of the constant cheering and add in the noise of the stones being thrown and the clunk of them hitting each other please.

### 4/5 — Could be five stars

*2019-05-10, version 1.0*

I tried a handful of curling apps and liked this one the best. It would be better if you could play more ends. It also needs either difficulty levels or needs to be much harder. I win every time, even beating Canada 14-1. Hmmm

### 4/5 — Well

*2018-03-17, version 1.0*

Good game guys, but there is no volume control...🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

### 3/5 — Not realistic at all

*2018-02-25, version 1.0*

First of all, let me say I appreciate every time a developer creates a free app, especially one that does not bombard the user with silly ads.
However, being passionate about curling, I need to make the following critiques:
Stones seem to slide in an unnatural way, and they do not "freeze" properly when hitting other stones.
The curl is unpredictable, sometimes opposite to the direction chosen (for small, clockwise spins).
Sweeping is mostly ineffective.
The most annoying thing, however, is the very poor AI: how can it lose 9 out of 10 times?
Finally, it would be nice to choose the number of ends and, as another reviewer pointed out, have extra ends to break a tie...

### 4/5 — Pretty great

*2018-02-24, version 1.0*

But why no extra end in a tie in regulation? Pretty sure a 4-4 score after 4 ends doesn’t mean I should lose.

### 5/5 — Amazing wonderful game

*2018-02-19, version 1.0*

Superb little game, very smooth, runs perfectly. Only addition request - a tad more difficult. Maybe difficulty levels. And lastly a page of tactic information from the world of curling. What types of shot get played, what skills tactical shots do they use etc. My favourite game though and highly highly recommended. MON THE DUTCH!! 😍

### 4/5 — Well Done!

*2018-02-10, version 1.0*

Finally a curling game that represents the real game!! Draw, guard, hit, sweep. It’s all here including the weight which you throw. My only negative comment is the animation on the hits. The thrown rock slides forward on a nose hit and that just doesn’t happen in real life. The thrown rock sits and the hit rocks moves. Good job guys. Hope you are still developing. This is a good game!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not realistic at all.

*2025-11-16, version 1.0*

Terrible game. Not like curling at all. Hits are not realistic at all, they just push the rocks around, with the shooter following it like its stick to it, keeps putting wrong turn on the rock.

### 1/5 — Arcade curling

*2023-03-04, version 1.0*

Not sure the developer has ever curled. Physics are out to lunch. Ai opponents show zero strategy and limited content. Only plus is the price.

### 1/5 — Not realistic at all.

*2022-03-11, version 1.0*

Terrible game. Not like curling at all. Hits are not realistic at all, they just push the rocks around, with the shooter following it like its stick to it

### 1/5 — The stone doesn’t curl

*2018-03-02, version 1.0*

Frustrating app, I find finally deleted it. The stone either ends up short or too long. It doesn’t curl

### 2/5 — Aiming is wrong

*2018-03-26, version 1.0*

The aiming mechanism in the game is wrong. One aims in real curling by picking a spot at the other end of the ice. Moving an arrow in the near end doesn’t give you anywhere near enough precision.

### 2/5 — Playing is more boring then watching

*2018-02-26, version 1.0*

The game would be better if he controls weren’t so touchy.

### 3/5 — Ok but flawed

*2025-12-30, version 1.0*

When a game finishes tied it is clear the programmers havent quite done their job, as it declares ‘you lost 2-2’ etc.

### 3/5 — Should be better

*2024-07-30*

It is free and appears ad free. BUT your finger covers the power meter hiding it! There is no saving!

Overall, it’s fairly fun to play. It’s not bad on an iPhone 12.

### 3/5 — Not in the spirit of the game

*2021-03-12, version 1.0*

Fun little curling game. Physics are off a bit, the rocks drag a bit too far once they are hit. The thing that really bugged me was the remarks after a bad shot or if a rock went out of play. “Seriously! That wasn’t even close. Next time throw harder!” This is very against the spirit of curling.

### 3/5 — Needs tweaking

*2021-01-10, version 1.0*

Rock reaction after hits and ticks defy the laws of physics. Also, the AI displays no strategy. It does not seem to learn. Gets boring quickly.
Sweeping, rock trajectory and speed adjustment are good.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good game

*2022-02-26, version 1.0*

This is a pretty good game but has one irritation, when you’ve just finished playing an end, the result appears in a message box fully obscuring the final lay of the stones. It would be nice to see how it finished up. An odd thing occurred recently, GB was playing against Scotland, those of you who are not British may not know this but Scotland is still part of GB!

### 5/5 — Best curling app

*2022-02-19, version 1.0*

I’ve tried them all and this is by far the best curling game in the AppStore. Great graphics, good physics engine and lots of fun!

### 5/5 — Great

*2021-04-10, version 1.0*

Easy to learn. needs some tweaking. Laws of physics out of the roof

### 5/5 — The game has best physics out of every curling game on the App Store

*2019-05-10, version 1.0*

Good job

### 5/5 — AWESOME 😎

*2019-01-23, version 1.0*

This game is the best app ever it has good graphics and great features and everything I feel like I am actually playing curling and it is very fair has a great tutorial on curling and it is so addictive thank you for making this game I hope you are still making sport games I really highly recommend this game to anyone who loves curling 🥌 yay 😀

### 5/5 — This game is AWESOME!!!

*2018-03-12, version 1.0*

After watching the US take gold in the 2018 Olympics I became hooked on curling. I was watching it every day in the office and I want to play it in real life. I found this app I’ve been playing it nonstop. I love it, it’s great. There were a couple bad reviews, I just don’t think they played the game enough because once you figure it out it is super fun and it’s One of the best overall apps I have found. I do have a questions is there a way I can view the ice on the other end. I think also you should have difficulty levels. Great work though!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2018-02-26, version 1.0*

Best curling game out there!! Simplistic and Entertaining, just wish there was better AI, can’t tell you how many times the computer has thrown stones just straight out the house, or how putting a Draw to the button on first stone almost always scores at least a point, but still entertaining!

### 5/5 — Too much friction

*2018-02-25, version 1.0*

Best curling game out there. I love everything about it but the stones come to a stop a little too quickly. The same when knocking stones out, they do not slide out like real ice. Needs to glide longer.

### 5/5 — Glorious! (But make it work on the iPad, too, please)

*2018-02-21, version 1.0*

Thank you!

### 5/5 — Great app - just works, and without trying to sell anything.

*2018-02-20, version 1.0*

Fun curling app. Best I've seen since "Age of Curling" dropped from App Store due to lack of compatibility. Simply works great, and without trying to sell you "upgrades" (how refreshing).

A big THANK YOU to Asito and the Dutch Curling Federation.
