The user interface is poorly designed did not allow for input of secondary insurance did not allow for input of military ID website for patient input also has logical flaw regarding the self-pay button. If you don’t click it, you can’t submit the form if you click it it means you don’t have insurance, it is mandatory to click it. Please fix it.
