Frustration issues
Compliance is hard when it doesn’t work
Talked to tech people still not transferring info to app on phone. 
Got new BP cuff, still not transferring info. 
Very frustrating. 
Terrible experience. Really deserves a “0”.

I had to download this app to monitor blood sugar and communicate with my provider for GDM. I have to uninstall and reinstall it several times a week in order for my readings to actually submit and to maintain access to the chat feature. Quitting the app allows me to submit my readings the when I have this issue but that immediately disables the chat. It says “we’re experiencing technical difficulties” and won’t load. I submitted a ticket to the developer and was told to uninstall and reinstall to fix it. Luckily I only have a few weeks left of monitoring otherwise I’d refuse to use this app.

For a good two months now I’ve been hardly able to access the chat feature at all. It just constantly says ‘We are experiencing technical difficulties.’ This is super problematic as I’m supposed to communicate with my provider’s staff through the chat feature. Additionally, the blood glucose readings I report frequently don’t save on the first try and I have to input them multiple times to get them to save. Wish my provider would use a different app for reporting blood glucose.

App chat features constantly is out of service making it hard to communicate with the nurses overseeing blood pressure.

I constantly since several weeks after downloading this app, have had problems getting into the chat! I have to always delete the app and reload it in order to access it. Very problematic when I have to communicate with my nurses.
