Driver arrived to shipper to find out it is a 2000 lbs load with several items wich needed to be unloaded by hand, he waited for 1 hour at the shipper just to get $30 more dollars wich included waiting time and weight increase difference . A typical $350 job ended up paying $140 . We have to take a lost this one time. Support after all took forever to solve nothing ### 1/5 — Fake Company *2025-09-29* I signed up to drive for this company. Onboarding was a wreck. Just to get my info into the app was ridiculous. I waited 8 weeks to get fully onboarded and still never got on. They kept saying we need to wait until there is enough work in your area. After 8 weeks of no work, I just deleted my account. They are run by evil people. They take advantage of their drivers. They give loads but you can only see the amount. They dont give us pictures so when try to reach them to pay us more they won’t do anything to accommodate you. It’s also impossible to reach them. They are more evil than Uber. They don’t understand that if they can take care of their drivers they will be happy to work for them. They have such a big stuffs and none of them do anything for us. Instead of hiring so much people they should pay the drivers more since we are on the road delivering. ### 1/5 — Can’t book anything *2023-12-20* As soon as anything comes through which isn’t a lot, it’s gone. Send you on deliveries but when you get to pick up location they cancel with ‘sorry, your order was canceled. We’ll keep you in mind for the next delivery. NO reimbursement for gas or time. STAY AWAY unless you like getting scammed. ### 1/5 — No payment after 5 days! *2022-05-09, version 3.0.0* I delivered a shipment of paint for sherwin Williams from grand junction to glenwood springs Colorado and still have not received a dime for the 4hours it took me nor the gas I spent! No human will contact me about the situation but they did send me a background information document they want me to fill out. What a lousy way to do business with the drivers pushing the business forward. And within the last 3 months I’ve had so many issues, with communication and what the “dispatcher” or curri reps have going on with the customer and that information not going to the driver . I’m always prompt I have to drop everything I’m doing when I pick up a job so they don’t cancel it if they see I’m not going fast enough on their map . I can think of several occasions where I have been en route to a job location and they will just cancel it without communication or a phone call, with no compensation for the gas or time you’ve already spent regardless if it’s not your fault . I drive a diesel truck, when your sending me on a job that’s already been canceled once and then Curri still sends me on that job and doesn’t make me aware until and hour in my drive just makes absolutely no sense . I have to constantly refresh the app to make sure nothing changes . The amount of time it gets to even have someone to respond to you through the app is difficult enough . An email was sent out over a month ago about another issue I had with Curri when I was already en route . Same issue lack of communication and cancellations when already on the job . It’s seems like there is no regard for the people actually running these drops for Curri, they lowballed me on a gig that took me 7 hours worth of driving and gave me 140$ I will take responsibility for being able to deny the routes but I had got reassigned after I was already in the area and had a canceled job yet again through them. Trying to make the best of the trip I already took and not lose out on money. I took another route that they gave me for the “inconvenience” or mess up on there behalf ended up costing me out of pocket . There is a lot of potential but lack of information and lack of communication makes it very difficult to want to continue with Curri . It seems like they don’t care about their drivers at all . I’m Just disappointed with Curri right now . It’s already sparse for deliveries and when I do get one it gets canceled or something was not mentioned and it ends up costing me, as a small business owner who downloaded this app to make extra money and utilize my trailer seems like I’m losing more than anything . I was having to hire independent drivers through websites, they were unreliable and pricey. Found Curri and I really could not be happier. Scheduling is a breeze, customer service is great, drivers are super friendly and professional... Think of it as the perfect Uber for materials delivery.
