Such promos are misleading and not helpful in building customer trustworthiness ### 1/5 — Bad UI and no cancellation available *2021-10-25* I tried to order delivery but the order went through as a pickup. I canceled my order by calling the restaurant and they mentioned you won’t be charged for the order but they charged me any ways and no customer support is available on the app. They sent out the flyer with my previous doordash order about this app and how it would be without any charges. I checked the price on doordash, uber eats and this app and they turned out to be same cost, so save yourself from reimbursement procedure pain and order from doordash or uber eats directly. **Developer response:** We are so sorry you are experiencing these issues! I had to try multiple times and from browser and then app, it was not working ### 1/5 — Just doesn’t work *2021-08-10* The app is broken - you can choose your items, but when you place your order, it won’t process a card. Which is frustrating, as there are really good coupons that can only be redeemed through the app. I’ve messaged the company and they told me they were fixing it, but apparently there’s still a ways to go. This is only a review of the app, by the way - the restaurant itself is great. ### 1/5 — Can’t change tip for takeouts *2021-04-24* Adds a $5 tip on $25 take out order. Can’t change the tip to anything else. I understand the need for living wages, but scamming your customers with a 20% mandatory tip on takeouts is just scammy. I sill be more than happy to pay an increased menu cost of 20% instead ### 2/5 — Lacks key functionality *2021-04-22* The food is great, but be very careful what you order as there is no way to cancel or change the order in the app. Also all in-app support is done through email, not instant message. Whenever I try to check out/pay for the order, it asks for my email and says it sent me a link to sign in, but it did not send the link. Has happened every time I’ve tried, several times this week. I don’t appreciate being forced a tip amount. I used to be able to change the tip a few weeks ago (mid-January 2022). I can’t change the tip when I’m in my cart, and after I add my payment info, the order is placed. Also wish there was a continue as guest option.
