CurryRouxBlend helps you keep repeatable notes for homemade curry nights.

Record the exact roux blend, ingredient balance, family preferences, cooking logs, and next-time improvements in one private place. Use it to remember which mix worked, what each person liked, and how to recreate the same flavor again.
