I’ve used this app for two years and I like the way it backups my data. On the next update please could you include copy/move files to different folders. It would help me a lot. Thank you. The app now backs up every photo and video I have synced using iTunes. I thought it was photos/videos in the camera roll only. Now can’t back up files due to no wifi. My wifi is correctly set up. Thanks for app update. Is there a way to include folder creation ? 13/8/24 - When I logged into the app to back my data up, it took me to the Cloud app in Settings! Phone is up to date on software and cant see an update on the app. Unable to use on Iphone ☹️ ### 4/5 — Struggles with edit iPhone Videos *2024-06-17, version 6.11* Not sure if it’s me but I notice that any iPhone video that’s been edited is backed up in the Video Folder for my mobile but the data file is actually a jpg. Trying to work out if Reverting the original file prompts a revised backup. Otherwise 5* ### 1/5 — Continually crashes *2024-05-30, version 6.11* Since the last update on 23/05/24 the app continually crashes both on iPhone and iPad. Not great as I can no longer access any files stored on there. ### 1/5 — Last up date *2024-05-28, version 6.11* Since the last update a week or so ago, the app no longer works. It just continually crashes when you are trying to open it/log in. I have done everything i can think of to correct it (shutting the app down and restarting, restarting the phone/rebooting it) but nothing works. This is a shame because i loved how the app worked before this, and used it for everything to sort photos and documents. Have been using it for years with no issues until the last update. I have set the review to one star in hopes of catching the attention of the developers so this issue can be fixed, otherwise the rating would have been 5 star. ### 1/5 — Poor product now a days *2024-01-27, version 6.10* Ability to watch any of my films is non starter they lag they stutter and crash if wasn’t for all my family photos I would bin this service ### 2/5 — No longer easy to use *2023-12-28, version 6.10* It doesn’t back up your device automatically anymore. You have to be on the app for back up to actually begin. Considering we are PAYING customers you’d think we’d get some sort of a decent upgrade. Even the App Icon is appalling and I think was designed by a 2 year old. Won’t buy this product again. If the connection breaks during the backup it starts backing up from scratch again. Only photos, videos and files are backup no software. ### 1/5 — BUYER BEWARE *2022-06-12, version 6.9* I did a restore of files only to find several hundred of them have corrupted while stored by Currys. Many files are now just blank and lost forever. This is THE fundamental of online storage and Currys couldn’t even do that right. The app and website are also cumbersome. You can’t move files, etc. All the basics are missing so you get what you pay for. The app over the past few years has improved significantly. In addition to this cloud base storage I also use Dropbox, which has certain functionalities that this doesn’t have, whereas for more simple data access I often prefer this one.
