## What is cursive letters?

Before handwriting becomes natural our applications are designed to help your child develop their writing skills.

When your child writes a letter correctly it is recognised to encourage progress.

That is how each of our applications develops the ability of your child at a different stage of development allowing them to access new skills.

*cursive letters* helps children to learn and practice drawing cursive letters with their fingers. It is also used by some teachers in with children who find handwriting challenging, and the Belgian Association of GraphoThérapeutes.

Glyphs (letter designs) based on common styles in the USA, UK, Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Swiss and Belgian (GBGT) are included.

C’est la seule application d’écriture que j’ai pu trouver, qui soit en accord avec la pédagogie moderne française de l’écriture cursive à condition de choisir la police allemande  où seule la hauteur du d et du t minuscules diffère. Dommage car on perd alors le côté sonore, la lettre n’est plus nommée. 

Si l’on avait la vidéo du tracé comme dans ABC-Chiffres ou lettres liées, ce serait absolument parfait ! 

Mais que les nostalgiques de la pédagogie ancienne se rassurent, ils trouveront aussi les vieux modèles de lettres spécifiques de l’écriture au porte-plume ! Sur tablette c’est cocasse tout de même...

Avec cette nouvelle version, je suis éjecté de l'application en mode français/primaire sur Ipad 2 os7.  Les autres modes fonctionnent.

The ramp up to the letter is not supposed to be a separate stroke. Why bother with cursive if all the parts are separate? Deleted.

Une application qui frôle la perfection. Ma fille, en grande section, la réclame pour apprendre à écrire et est très fière de tracer, juste après, la lettre qu'elle vient de réussir sur le papier. Pour moi, il manque surtout une chose : la possibilité de pouvoir entendre le son de la lettre et non seulement son nom.
