If I try to add something to a wishlist, I receive a “must log in” message, but I’m logged in. So I went to the app to try to put in a return but couldn’t find it anywhere. I went on safari and realized you can only put in a return request via email. So I put in a request and it took about 12 hours to be approved which was ok. But when I get the confirmation email it says that I have to prepare the package, purchase a trackable shipping label, AND Original shipping postage will not be reimbursed NOR will the return shipping postage be reimbursed, unless it is your first order, which they will reimburse you up to a maximum amount of $5.95. This app pales in comparison to the other plus size clothing retailers I’ve bought from.
