Very glitchy application. Encounter a lot of error messages, that aren’t errors a lot of the time. Work orders disappear without explanation. Nowhere to input any status updates. Lots of time spent calling IT to fix issues.

Glitches, freezes, not user friendly, does not save in real time - if you scroll back it erases the pages, must complete forms in 1 sitting can’t have distractions, can’t save and come back to different pages, times out often, trouble uploading photos, may need to upload more than 5 photos
