## What is cuSign App?

Sign documents (stored in SAP) by hand on a mobile device with cuSign App – at any time and any place!

OBTAIN A SIGNATURE WITHOUT ANY DELAY, NO INTERRUPTION OF DIGITAL PROCESSES
With cuSign App you can now obtain handwritten signatures via tablet or smartphone for any kind of document of the SAP systems – at any time and place, even offline.

This is a considerable benefit for e. g. field sales employees: Agreements can be reached and signed directly on site at the customer’s premises. For this, digitally created documents no longer have to be printed out, only to be then digitalized and stored again in the SAP system. The digital workflow is not slowed-down and interrupted, no precious time is lost. 

BEST OVERVIEW
All documents that are relevant to the respective app user, and need to be signed, are displayed in an overview.

ACTUALITY
As soon as cuSign App is connected online all data is synchronized in both directions. All new signatures are then visible in the SAP system, and new documents that need to be signed are updated and available for signature in the app.   

HIGHEST DATA SECURITY
Because of the detailed access and permission system of cuSign App, remissions for views and access can be granted according to divisions. Any data is exchanged encrypted via secure connections and requires the authentication of the device in the corporate network, as well as digital certificates. In addition, the application itself is password protected. The data and documents on the other hand are located safely encrypted on your device. Therefore, the safety precautions match the SAP-security guidelines.

Thus, cuSign App complies with data protection requirements and provides the very highest degree of data security.

PREREQUISITES
cuSmarText Foundation or cuSmarText/cuContract/cuLicense, SAP, and licenses for signoSign2 and signoAPI (iOS) by SignoTec. The app uses the SAP Cloud Platform mobile services.
