I paid for this app. I used to love this product. I give it 2 stars now because my groups are now limited to 12 contacts. Beyond 12 it will not send. I sent in a trouble ticket, but with no reply. If this does not get fixed I will find another solution. ### 4/5 — Prayer tool *2021-09-30, version 5.0* I’ve used this app since this app became available (over 10 years). I use it to send out a scripture every morning to over 70 people. It is a great tool to keep all group texts as a one to one text. The last update makes it difficult to paste my scripture. I know it’s a quick fix but it hasn’t been done. Upon installing the latest IOS 14.2.1, Custom Group Text is no longer functioning correctly. The in app text bubble can be typed into but since the bubble is now translucent, the send button cannot be pressed. Only the prior sent text bubble or recipients can be successfully edited. I’m not sure if this is an IOS issue or app issue, but I hope it is fixed soon as we have come to rely on this app to share ministry related information. Currently, the app is nonfunctional so I have reduced my prior rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. I will revisit this rating if or when a fix is provided. My original review is below: We have been using this app to share ministry related information with the members of our church. It has worked reliably and consistently without hiccup. To avoid any potential issues with IOS, we limit group sizes to not more than 20 contacts each. ### 3/5 — Confusing *2020-09-22, version 5.0* Not really clear on how it interacts with phone message program. I composed a text in the app and sent to 26+ people and it went out as a group text!!!!! This was for my business and half the people have left the conversation without responding. I’d be peeved too!! Ridiculous!!! I could have annoyed all those people for free by just sending a group text from my phone!!! Waste of money!! **Developer response:** I'm sorry for the embarrassing situation that caused. I suggest that all users of the app familiarize themselves with the various settings and features of the app before sending the first message. If you need recipient privacy, you need to be sending SMS (recipients listed in green) or using the Personalizer feature. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2018-12-25, version 5.0* Unreliable as to if all recipients receive the messages.
