Like before I got a hoodie from this app and it was cheaper than a pack of stickers. Like in all I do enjoy this app but sometimes it just makes you pay too much for something so little. The only reasons to have it are to check your orders and design a shirt and for both of these, you just get taken to Safari as soon as you try to access that function. Seems like the company just made an app because that’s what companies do. Wrong order was sent (literally for a plumbing company) and in no way associated with my order. When I called, they asked me to return the messed up order on my own dime! Really? So I can wait a week to be compensated? Why Tons of other options in this space, find another! ### 1/5 — Uhh *2020-07-08* I love custom ink it works on my computer but when I press design shirt it won’t let me!yes it’s a order tracker app then umm haha why does it say design shirt? ### 1/5 — How does a company this big not understand the basics of copyright? *2020-01-09* For a company whose business model is printing graphics onto garments they have no comprehension of copyright laws and regulations. Insisted my original design (all art assets hand drawn and uploaded personally) was subject to copyright violation. Their customer service was friendly but the lack of comprehension of copyright regulations could not be overstated. I emailed them detailed explanations regarding the designs as well as a crash course in copyright regulations to help foster some semblance of understanding. They suggested that I pick from their clip-art-esq gallery of generic shapes to replace my custom drawn artwork to complete the order. Why would I pay $40 for a single T-shirt with generic shapes? “We are just pickier than other companies and it doesn't sound like we'll be a good fit for this design.” Refund taking more than a day is also unacceptable in today’s marketplace.
