Ad ogni accesso all app per effettuare una prenotazione mi viene chiesto il codice salone, al che sono costretto ogni volta a telefonare per farmi inviare il messaggio per accedere e prenotare. Prenotazione assolutamente macchinosa e poco pratica. Senza contare che più di una volta il sistema aveva associato il mio numero di cellulare a un altro cliente che aveva il mio stesso cognome, il che ha causato confusione e la cancellazione del mio appuntamento da parte del mio omonimo. A sto punto mi piacerebbe prenotare direttamente al barbiere per prenotare l appuntamento come si faceva una volta no??? Invece di semplificare la vita quest app la complica, non la utilizzate!!!

Partendo dal fatto che la grafica e la user experience sono da software degli anni 2000, l’app (web app) fa quello che deve, ma lo fa proprio male. È lenta, macchinosa, ci mette un sacco a caricare e non ti permette di vedere gli appuntamenti disponibili nella settimana (non è che una persona decida che tal giorno a tale ora si deve tagliare i capelli, di solito c’è un po’ di flessibilità). Inoltre non aggiunge l’appuntamento al calendario, tanto vale telefonare al barbiere, si risparmia tempo e si evita di fare un salto nel passato del web.
