## What is Customer MNext?

Customer MNext shows you live queues at the places you already go, so you can see the wait before you leave the house and join from wherever you are.

Every business in the app runs MNEXT at the counter. The queue you see is the same queue their staff are working through, updated in real time.

FIND PLACES NEAR YOU
• Browse barbers, hair salons, beauty, nails, spa, massage, waxing, makeup and tattoo studios nearby
• Search by name or postcode
• See how many people are waiting and the estimated wait before you go

JOIN THE QUEUE FROM ANYWHERE
• Join with just your name and mobile number, no account needed
• Add friends or family to the same queue
• Choose the services you want and a preferred staff member where available
• Watch your position move up in real time
• Get a text message when your turn is close
• Running late or already there? Let the business know with one tap
• Leave the queue any time, where the business allows it

BOOK AHEAD
• Pick a day and time at businesses that take bookings
• Reschedule or cancel from the app
• Keep all your upcoming and past visits in one place

STAY IN TOUCH
• Message the business directly from your queue status
• Get notifications about your visit in the app
• Rate your visit when it's done

LOYALTY
• Keep your loyalty cards for participating businesses in one place

YOUR PRIVACY
• No sign-up. Your details are remembered on this device so you only type them once
• Your name and number are shared only with the business you join
• Other customers in a queue see only a first name and an initial
• Location is used only to find businesses near you and is never stored

Customer MNext is for customers. If you run a business and want to manage your queue with MNEXT.
