This disallows the use of offline documents. I have tried to get this fixed numerous time and customer service has not resolved my issues. Which is greatly affecting me at work. **Developer response:** Hi there, the file download from mobile app is dependent on the download file URL. I have received not one task. The ad when I applied said they needed vehicle porters in Houston, but it seems to me that was incorrect information. I depended on this income because they were actively hiring. Now I have to look for something else because it seems like I will never ever get a task. I’m conflicted because this is an awesome feature I need for my clients and it works great on any web browsers which most of my clients don’t mind they prefer a browser rather then an app BUT if your going to have an app for it atleast make sure we can ATLEAST log in.
