## What is Customer Reviews?

Collect more customer reviews while you are still face-to-face with your customer using Customer Lobby's mobile application.  

Using the app on your mobile device, your customers can write a review for your business.  When writing a review, your customers will be prompted to enter their email or mobile number. We will send them a follow up message to confirm the review before it is published.  Like with all Customer Lobby reviews, you will be notified when you receive a new review.
