## What is CustomerFocus?

Simplified offline use of CRM features on your iPad

The "it.mobile CustomerFocus” App enables the mobile use of your existing SAP CRM system - efficiently and on the way to Customers. At any time relevant information can be requested on an iPad device, and results of a customer meeting are recorded.

 The Tracking of all relevant Activities and Opportunities at Customer level gets simple from now on.

Technical Requirements: 
This app requires the necessary mobile services to be implemented by your IT department to access the appropriate backend SAP CRM system data. 

Authorizations:
This app leverages existing SAP authorizations and when connected to an SAP backend system, users will only have access to view authorized content on their devices.
