I love the energy and the dynamic that the coaches create. it is a truly a unique experience. the coaches are so attentive, and if you are someone like me who does not follow instructions very well or sometimes not doing the exercises correctly, you would greatly benefit. they make a difference. 
as I mentioned, I love the energy in the class, everyone is is very encouraging and so team driven. i simply love it. Fiorela

App is user friendly for setting workouts. Training style is sports conditioning and functional movements for time and with a partner. Different body parts are isolated but, overall, the training emphasizes compound and explosive movements. The staff are wonderful. The studio is expensive but worth its weight in gold. Visit in person or use their online service.

Highly recommend trying out this gym! It has a great atmosphere and everyone during the workout is cheering each other on. 👏👏
