Cut coach has allowed me to cut the proper way. Before, I remember having to cut weeks in advance in order to alleviate my stress since I don’t drop weight easily. As a light weight, and a girl it was extremely hard to even cut 2 lbs. Cut coach guided me through this weight cut effortlessly where I didn’t even have to visit the sauna once. I was able to track my calories and intake nutrient dense meals to keep myself from losing muscle mass. I was also able to track how much water I drank each day which was super helpful. Cut Coach is great for cutting weight in a healthy and efficient way since you can make custom plans catered towards your age, height, gender, weight and BF. I have a lot of energy despite the weight cut of 7lbs and I’m ready to go for my next tournament this weekend!

By far the easiest weight cut I’ve ever done. I literally just had to take pictures of my food so the app could track the nutrients and stay under the limit for each day. It was super easy to follow.
