## What is Cutter?

Cutter helps turn one selected video into an automatic rough cut.

Let Cutter handle the first pass a person would normally do. It uses speech and long audio gaps as cues, keeps a little room around spoken parts, shortens long waiting sections, and exports a new video while leaving the original untouched.
