### 1/5 — Keeps showing the wrong card balance

The cached balance always shows up lower than what is actually on the card for some reason and keeps making me spend money to reload when it’s not necessary.

The attempts to have an app have never worked. This attempt is no different. Points don’t load, transaction history is a joke. But don’t worry, it reloads funds without a hitch. I’ve gotten tired of constantly having to contact the company to fix my account. Now I’ve noticed I also have to keep deleting and re-uploading my account to sync up the points it does give me. To make the whole business experience even “better” they’ve raised their prices again. They are more expensive than Starbucks and offer way less. I’d give this zero stars if that was an option.

Ever since the redesign of the app and even through all the updates the app is worthless. I can’t reload the card since the only option is auto reload which doesn’t work. I have to ask the baristas to reload my card so I can still get points. Apparently no one in their app development knows how to ensure quality before they release something. I fee bad for the baristas who feel the brunt of the annoyed customers for something they don’t control. How about the next update fixes the app enough that it can be used and we can reload our cards again. Bring back the individual reload and fix the auto reload. Take the headache away from both the customers and the employees.

The new app is unstable and often crashes to a blank screen when attempting to read a message. 
It’s improving. The first version totally locked up my iPhone. The latest version only crashes the app, requiring a phone hard restart to get the app working again. Progress?
Great coffee, great baristas and staff, tech support - not to much.

My app quit working. All I get is the splash screen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times. The bad news is I have money on this app I can’t access.

I don’t have issues with app crashing and I love that I can earn points for my next drink! It’s really easy to use and great to have for the amount of times I buy from CP.
