Genuinely furious with cutx, always has issues, especially randomly not allowing any transfers/transactions in the late evenings, it’s left me stranded multiple times.

I don’t feel like my money and account are safe when I can’t speak with a live person during the day about my concerns.  Finance issues are often urgent matter.  you have to make an appointment.  And you are never called back.  Thinking about changing my financial institution after 40 yrs!!
