Finance issues are often urgent matter. you have to make an appointment. And you are never called back. My niece, who also has an account, was scammed out of $5,000 in 2024, and she was informed that there was nothing the bank could do to assist her. I always believed that there were limits on the amount of money one could withdraw from an ATM, yet she was instructed by a man to drive to the bank with the assistance of a pregnant woman that was with them not once, but twice, to withdraw $2,500 each time, totaling $5,000 she had just graduated and had plans for College she had worked to money to help her attend College,this situation has left me and her confused and frustrated. At the time, I was dealing with mental health issues and under a doctor's care, which prevented me from being able to support her in addressing this alarming situation. I have an iPad Pro (10.5-inch) with 17.7.11 OS. The CUTXMOBILE app worked great for years on this device, and it still works fine on my android device.
