The price for 28 days is about £30 less than I pay for a whole year, 14 days is £192 and it won’t let me modify anything to get the price down. It’s only going to be driven for test drives. The app only uses current location instead of taking where it will actually be stored. Chatbot was worse than a normal chatbot. I was blocked from using their service simply because I had accidents in the last 3 years, even though I was NOT at fault in any of them. There is no proper assessment of responsibility, just a blanket decision that penalizes drivers unfairly. This shows a lack of transparency and poor customer treatment. I find it unacceptable to be judged and restricted based on incidents that were not my fault. It feels like the system is automated and does not consider real circumstances. I would not recommend this app to anyone who expects fair treatment or proper evaluation. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-03-21, version 6.17.1* Says it’s been trying to verify me and hasn’t worked for 6 hours now ### 1/5 — Probably scam *2026-03-04* Absolutely terrible experience with this insurance company. They happily took my money, only to cancel my policy after just 10 days with no clear explanation. When I asked for a reason, they simply said they “don’t need to provide more information.” How is that acceptable? It gets even worse — they actually told me not to call customer service because they wouldn’t answer any more questions. What kind of professional company refuses to speak to its own customers? This is beyond unprofessional; it’s completely disrespectful. Taking someone’s payment and then canceling without transparency or accountability is absolutely ridiculous. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice. This same car cost £12 for the whole day on Veygo which is powered by Admiral.
