Checks take forever to deposit. Transferring money between accounts is slow. Seems like the bank doesn’t want me to ever have access to my money. It almost never updates balances correctly upon loading in and needs a few extra minutes and maybe a few refreshes to update. Annoying, but not a huge deal. Except it has now been 4 days since any of my balances have updated. Not sure if I should blame the app or the bank, since it’s on their windows app and website as well. The app is unable to update over half the time. The whole point in the app is to be able to see how much money is in my accounts and view recent transactions but 60-70% of the time, the app is unable to load any of that information. FIX YOUR GARBAGE. ### 1/5 — Mobile Deposit *2024-12-05, version 3.18.0* I did a mobile deposit on a Friday night because I needed the funds asap and I live in Oregon. The funds were not available till Monday. I called and asked if they could cancel the transaction so I could drive to the nearest CVB on Saturday to deposit the check but they said it cannot be cancelled. Very inconvenient!!! ### 1/5 — This app and bank is terrible *2024-11-24, version 3.18.0* If I could give negative stars I would, the app doesn’t always update correctly as money comes out of your account so if you think you have money sometimes you don’t. The app does not work at least three times a week, causing you to not be able to see how much money you have or transfer anything and sometimes not let you use the card at all. This is the worst bank I have ever used and if you are thinking about using it, don’t! ### 1/5 — Over draft *2024-05-31, version 3.12.0* App sometimes takes hours to update how much money you have. Constant error messages, balance changes up and down randomly. *2024-03-23, version 3.10.3* Used to be a good app. Balances shown were accurate and updated instantly. Now? The last 6-8 months transactions will disappear for a day or two after having shown originally, then show back up. Balances will go up or down randomly. Will get a message that my balance has gone below the limit I had set, only for it to be above the limit the next day. What once was a good app is now just junk. ### 1/5 — Don’t like app. Don’t like bank. *2024-02-13, version 3.9.0* The app has CONSTANT errors. Error updating balance. All. The. Time. I’m very unhappy with this bank in general. It’s completely unacceptable to be so constantly unable to get an accurate balance. It worked briefly this morning after not working all weekend. And now I looked and the last updated balance was ten hours ago and “error updating balance.” Ridiculous!! The SECOND you leave the app to look at something on your phone and come immediately back to the banking app, you have to login again. There should be some measure of time where that doesn’t happen. This bank has been quite difficult to work with in general. Here’s a hint, when someone dies, the LAST people to tell is the bank. That said, the app was my last straw with this bank (and it’s only been two weeks). I will be taking all the money out, closing all accounts, and going elsewhere. To a bank where there’s an app that works! By the time I try literally a dozen times to get a check deposited via mobile. I could’ve run to the bank and had it deposited. It keeps rejecting the backside of the check.
