The constant verifications to get into your account needs to go, and why isn’t there an option built in to use biometrics??? I enjoy the credit union but they have been behind the times for some time, (biometrics) (debit visa)

The app will not save my password or my device so I have to manually enter my password and get a code texted to me each time I sign in despite choosing the ‘save my credentials’ and ‘remember this device’ options. Really annoying.

The CVCU app has the basic functionality of any banking app from 2015 and on. It certainly could do more, but does the basics of everything you need and is relatively stable.
