If I go through that process it will let me in, but it’s ridiculous to have to reset my password every time. I usually just avoid the app, but mobile deposit only works for me using the app, not the website. You are now able to do etransfers from the app, check deposits, and pay bills. They took the app from something I could have written at 12 in my programming class and made it user friendly and much better. The only draw back is the app will not save the password so Face ID is moot as I have to enable it every single time which defeats the purpose.
