### 1/5 — Bill Pay is Terrible

The new bill pay system is terrible and very confusing. You need to toggle between several screens to see what’s been paid and what’s pending. They are still using USPS in some cases to pay bills. This new system just started a few weeks ago and I’ve already had 3 payments arrive late and incurred late charges. The app was down for almost 2 weeks while they “made improvements”. lol!

It shuts down while you are in the middle of something.  Bill pay has not been working at all for a couple of days.

12/2/2024 update…. The app is worse since they did an update.  Mobile deposit is gone now and so is Face ID login.  Bill pay is less user friendly than it used to be.  Not sure why we had to go 1 and 1/2 week without bill pay ability for a worse app experience.

I am very happy with the app, but the ability to deposit checks through the app would be a great addition!
