## What is cVIGIL Investigator?

The application can only be used after the registration of users.

Application should have access to good internet connection and GPS should be enabled.

Step 1: Enter your mobile number.
Step 2: Tap on Send OTP(One time password).
Step 3: Enter 6 digits OTP received on Phone. User needs to enter a OTP.
Step 4: You will be directed to the incident screen on app.

When User select a particular case, It will find case details along with photo/video associated with it. There will be option to accept or reject the case upon selection.
The cVIGIL Investigator App cannot be used for lodging any complaint/ grievance on any matter pertaining to Election Commission of India.
