## What is Cvikni?

Cvikni is a tiny-workout companion for people who sit too much.

Pick a few exercises into a rotation and Cvikni reminds you to do a quick set between tasks — push-ups, squats, a plank, whatever you choose. Log it in one tap and get back to work.

• Smart reminders via notifications — no background battery drain
• Custom rotation of exercises, in your order
• One-tap logging with a clean live countdown
• Statistics by day, week and month
• Full history per exercise — delete any entry
• Optional daily summary written to Apple Health (counts in Fitness)
• Siri shortcut to log hands-free
• Czech & English

No account, no tracking, no ads. Cvikni just helps you move a little more, every day.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.1.1 — 2026-08-19

• When the countdown ends it now waits for you to log the exercise — no more repeated nagging
• The end-of-countdown chime no longer plays twice
• Reminders now work on weekends too
• Stop a session in one tap, straight from the notification or the Lock Screen countdown
• If the app got unloaded from memory, logging from a notification starts the next round again

### 1.1 — 2026-07-21

• A loud chime when the countdown ends — pick how long it rings (off, 2, 5, 10, 20 or 30 seconds)
• Tap any exercise in Statistics to see its own chart, with a 7-day trend line
• New calendar button in Statistics — pick any custom date range, or jump to the last 7, 30 or 90 days
• Week and Month now mean the last 7 days and the last month, so they're useful right from the 1st

### 1.0 — 2026-07-07
