## What is CVRM risicometer?

Deze app berekent op zeer eenvoudige wijze het risico op ziekte of sterfte door hart- en vaatziekten (HVZ) binnen 10 jaar, gebaseerd op de CVRM-risicotabel uit 2012 (multidisciplinaire richtlijn CVRM, zie bijvoorbeeld NHG samenvattingskaart M84). De app geeft de gegevens uit de tabel weer en berekent tussenliggende waarden met behulp van formules van het NHG. Om te bepalen in welke HVR-ricicogroep een patiënt valt, hebt u nodig: de leeftijd, de systolische bloeddruk of bovendruk en de TC/HDL-ratio. Verder moet u weten of de patiënt rookt, diabetes mellitus of reumatische artritis heeft.

Dit is GEEN zelfhulp-app. De app is alleen bedoeld voor  huisartsen, POH'ers, verpleegkundigen, cardiologen en andere medische professionals.

Deze app werk volgens de NHG-richtlijn uit 2012. Wilt u met de nieuwe richtlijn (juli 2019) werken? Gebruik dan de CVRM-risicometer 2019.
