比如說新增的子項目已經有變更了，但是卻沒有辦法刪除就會一直留在那邊希望可以開發這個功能

9月初至今發生兩次載具資料漏匯入的情況，正好出現在換logo那幾天，不知是否那幾天有更新程式而產生異常？手動同步載具資料也沒有正常運作，一直提示已是最新資料，但核對財政部的統一發票紀錄確實有少匯入的筆數，麻煩請確認～
