App was very good, but this new version does not allow you to view your tickets in the app

Before this new UX update, I was able to log into my account and gain points for my purchases via the app. Now I am unable to log in and won’t receive points for purchases and will have to go into the theater to use my membership. 

App update looks great, but missing a very important feature. Please change this asap as I love the theaters but the app is writing a bad name.

My granddaughter pushed this APP button on my iPhone.  I’ve emailed, called etc .  No response.. I want this app deleted, unsubscribe!
I won’t respond to a bill.

The app does a fine job of displaying movie times and seating choices but has no integration with Apple Wallet or any payment methods. Retype all your credit card info each time.

This app has bare minimum information and login is useless.  No place to register your and keep the membership card information so I will lose out on loyalty points.

The app would be better if it would recognize its own gift card and if it would store a method of payment so you don’t have to type it all in each time - beyond that it works fine.
