When a delivery is missed or costco refuse it at check IN and rescheduled for the next day, the app automatically logs out because it still treats the delivery as completed. This prevents us from receiving important dock notifications and make driver login app again and again to see notifications.Please fix this bug. ### 2/5 — Door assignments. *2026-07-30* Somehow, i do get notifications way to late. I will receive multiple notifications with door assignment. With 30min delay. This app is not bad idea. It force quits on us repeatedly. I can honestly open the app, login, and within 5 minutes it will close me out again. It says I forced quit the app repeatedly. Having to login every five minutes just to check my notifications is horrible!!! You cannot do anything else on your phone (take a call, check a text msg, etc). It will force you out and you’ll have to login again. Notifications only appear inside the app, and you have to manually open the notifications menu to see them. There are no sound alerts, push notifications, or any visual indication that a new message has arrived. I spent over an hour waiting for an update, assuming I would be notified, but eventually a warehouse employee came to find me because I had missed the message in the app. Based on other reviews, this appears to be a long-standing problem that still has not been fixed. For an app used for check-ins and deliveries, reliable notifications are essential. ### 1/5 — No notification and app closes *2026-06-13* This is Costco dc app in Vaughan,ON and not worth it.
