It has all the confirmation numbers and trip details that I’m always looking for when I travel TDY. There is a link to edit trip details (such as cancelling reservations) but it still requires a phone call. They don’t work, or at least don’t for me. You cannot initiate or request a ticket. They ask for work email, but clearly they don’t understand that verification emails either take too long or don’t arrive at all due to security measures surrounding work emails.
