Every time i open app i have to log in. Even whith (remember me) turned on ### 2/5 — New update *2026-02-19, version 3.10.2* So the new update 10.2 mite have made the app worse. There’s no incoming new workorder/ workorder updated/ deleted etc. not verbally or visually not even the order number in upper right comps in the bell that lets driver know you have new stop. They just randomly show up on iPhone.. doesn’t seem to work at all. The old version was way better. New one very frustration & not user/ driver friendly. ### 4/5 — iPhone Notifications *2026-02-10, version 3.10.1* iPhones notifications for this doesn’t work, can you all add that so iPhones can get a notification when a new order appear ### 2/5 — Needs some work *2025-12-02, version 3.9.4* First, two words: DARK MODE. Extremely distracting to have to deal with this in the dark. Second, two more words: SCALABLE FONTS. The text is entirely too small. Third, you don't need location information while I'm not using the app. Stop it. Learn your place. There are numerous other issues concerning labyrinthine design and general bugginess, and some of these can be ascribed to corporate users who don't think through the end user experience. ### 4/5 — Great *2025-10-22, version 3.8.9* The only thing I think that would make it better is if it were to display the average time it takes to get from one pickup to the next. For instance if you have two stops it would be helpful to know how far the second stop is from the first stop that way you can let dispatch know if it could potentially cause one of the drop offs to be late. I am from Colorado but am not familiar with some parts of Colorado so sometimes when I accept the pickups I don’t realize how far apart they are from each other and this has caused me to be late a couple of times. Otherwise it’s great! I have an iPhone 16 Pro and I had the same problem with an iPhone 15 Pro Max last year. iPhone has a different camera set up compared to android phones and most of the barcodes I scan at work are impossible to be scanned with your app! Same barcodes are easily scanned with my other phone - Samsung Galaxy, S 25 Ultra! Please look into it! As I said earlier, I have been waiting for your app updates hoping you would fix the problem, but it’s still there. If you need a sample of a barcode, I can get it tomorrow and attach it for you to research. Those are not large barcodes and they’re not perfectly legible. But again, my Samsung phone scans those with no problem whatsoever. iPhone’s camera has an ability when you get your phone closer to an object it changes the mode and it works as a magnifying glass. Using your app camera does not give this capability. The screen gets blurry rather than switching to a different mode as it does in iPhone’s camera. That’s why your app camera cannot read the barcode. But getting the phone away from the barcode doesn’t help because the camera cannot read it since it becomes too small and not legible at all. Once again, this problem does not appear with my Samsung phone. My coworkers who have iPhones confirmed the same problem. And those who have android phones did not! ### 3/5 — Go back to original please. *2025-04-15, version 3.7.4* I really do not like the new update. Every time I scan it says duplicate. I miss the line indicator. Also it keeps signing me out and it’s frustrating. I used to love this app. Please fix it. ### 4/5 — Driver friendly app *2025-01-14, version 3.6.11* There is a learning curve to using this Driver app. Once it is understood it is very functional and works as designed. one key thing that would make this app a perfect five stars if it showed a daily total and he completed stop or route list for the drivers that use this every day. ### 4/5 — Fixes *2024-12-23, version 3.6.10* They fixed the map portion of the app and broke the phone part. You can no longer tap the button to call reach number. Used to work..not any more! They are praying on independent contractors and their business is sham. They also lied entirely about how much work they have available. Don’t fall for it this app is clunky and tracks and records everything you do on your phone. It is harder to see. You need to offer the ability to change the font size so that people with smaller devices can still keep their job. Also trying to look at this bright white screen while driving in the dark is hazardous to everyone included. Literally every couple minutes. Also be able to route stops from the app. Example: Hit a button that says route. Touch the stop and a box appears. Put in the stop number like 7 then touch the next stop and it may be number 2.
