It’s so cumbersome and I’ve had nothing but problems with anything other than just transferring funds. ### 2/5 — Crashing *2025-10-28, version 2025.7.2.1* App is never consistent always crash and won’t let me in at all after about a week which causes me to have to delete the app and redownload it just to be able to access it very annoying but other than that okay app. ### 2/5 — Devs are asleep *2025-09-18, version 2025.7.2.1* I don’t think there has been a single time in the past 3 years that there hasn’t been some kind of annoying bug that either kicks me out of the app, makes it impossible to use Zelle without crashing, or is able to open at all. This new update is no different. I don’t know why you keep updating front end when the backend is an absolute disaster. Also the ATM map needs an update to tell me if there are ATMs that accept deposits, as well. 2 stars for Face unlock, though. Card alerts never work, it is just all around a poor experience and doesn’t instill much confidence in the institution overall.
