If your payroll is processed using software produced by CyberPay, Inc., such as CyberPay Online, then this app will allow you do download your pay stub and annual tax forms (W-2, 1099, etc.). This app will allow you to access the ess.cyberpayonline.com ESS portal. I click on send code and I never get one. And there are no phone numbers to call for tech support. ### 2/5 — Latest update... *2025-08-27* App worked seamless up until latest update. Now shows "no internet connection" rebooted phone and checked for update. Please fix! ### 5/5 — Very helpful *2025-04-30* All my documents in one place ### 1/5 — Isn’t good *2024-08-18* I remembered all of my login information still said it was incorrect. When I pressed forgot password forgot username it gave me the same username I had been using with a temporary password that did not work. After going back and forth using my correct username and both passwords (my own and the temporary one given) it still will not allow me to login. I then decided to get look for even my help through the website were the support told me to talk to my employer and gave no information/help at all…it was quite literally a picture that said talk to your employer. Now I will end up being locked out of the app with no information on how to unlock it or any help at all. ### 1/5 — Use the website instead *2023-10-10* It’s literally just the website version but worse. Unless I click from an email it needs the “Buraeu code” won’t just let me log in with my username and password. And when getting in by clicking the email link it’s literally just the exact same thing as the website version. I have no idea why this is an app. ### 3/5 — It’s ok *2023-01-13* At first I thought the app was trash because it asked for a bureau code. I had no idea where to get it. So I went back to the website and it had it right there at the top. It was also in the email I received from them that my paycheck was ready. However it’s literally no different from the website. You can just use the website and save space on your phone, or you can use the app and have easy access to the website without having to type in the url every time and remain logged in.
